The averages on his tests were typically much lower than the other gen chem professors, so be ready for that.
Also, pay attention to the history tid bits he works into lectures. They frequently show up again.
Grisham's class is sort of interesting, he gives really easy hw, takes like 10 minutes. The quizzes are a little tricky but you should be fine with the curve that he gives. Don't really need the book.
Grisham's class is impossible. He always asks things on the tests that are neither in the book nor what he talks about in lecture. Only take this class if you already know chemistry really well, because Grisham will not teach you anything.
Grisham has a way of being absolutely annoying with how much emphasis he puts on the history of chemistry, when no one cares. His tests try to trick you, and are unfair.
Grisham is a bad professor. His chem quizzes have history in them which are extremely unnecessary. He spends half the lecture time talking about the history of a theory, and not the theory itself. Try to take another professor if you can...
Very bad teacher. Avoid him.
His lectures are very engaging and interesting but his quizzes always contains one or two random questions from his slides so be careful
This class has hard quizes and grisham is really into history so study that
