I took his Stem Cell Engineering class. The way he lectures is a bit overwhelming because he teaches at first as to how you would speak in a seminar. He tailored them to focus on 10% of people who would get the presentation and ask questions which makes the class seem bad at first but his questions and exam are easy. There's a scientific reading that's about 10 pages on average due every class and there's a quiz on it. Sometimes he lets you do it with your neighbor so it isn't bad. His powerpoints are a bit figure heavy and detailed but he focuses on the simpler parts. There is also time dedicated to making your own stem cell experiment which is pretty cool. The TA is a graduate student and she's really nice and willing to work with you and talk to Dr. Zunder if there's anything he should change. He's still new to teaching so he's open to suggestions.
