Fantastic class!! You learn so much from this class about yourself and the world of impact work. Professor does an amazing job of talking about a variety of topics that not everyone has been exposed to before. I learned useful and incredibly interesting material in every class and found it very enjoyable.

As far as grades, this class is very manageable. As long as you read the book, Designing Your Life, you'll be set.

take this USEM with Christine Mahoney! she's super sweet and genuinely cares about her students. your grade is based off of participation, 5 homework assignments, all that are super easy, and a final reflection "paper". The class may be 2 hours but it goes by super fast and the material we discuss is actually interesting. also if you're taking Comm1800, we have the exact same homework for this class so you'll basically have no work. TAKE THIS CLASS!!!!
