Show up every day or only miss one day and you get an A. At times the speakers can be boring but many are very interesting.

Like everyone said, 100% attendance-based. Speakers can be interesting or boring or somewhere in between. Some of them will take a small group out to dinner afterward. Definitive definition of systems engineering still unknown.
