Jeff Holt is a really nice guy and even though the class isn't easy, he makes it bearable

Holt is an alright professor. His lectures are pointless, as everything is in his powerpoints which he puts on collab. His homework takes hours to complete sometimes. The midterm KILLED me. He taught everything with excel, but excel isn't allowed on the midterm. Study hard.

Professor Holt is a great guy, a good teacher, and the class is nice because on Monday all the material is covered, Wednesday is just a day to go over the homework, and the lab is just a 5-10 minute quiz once a week.

Excel is good, but You cant use them in midterms :(

Jeff Holt is a very good teacher and makes STAT as interesting as possible, definitely go to the lectures and work hard on the quizes it will pay off.

This class was exactly the same as my AP Stats class, so I was kind of bored. However, I do like statistics in general, and it didn't take too much work, so it wasn't too bad. I was glad there wasn't a midterm, though the quizzes were annoying--I always got one wrong.

Very well organized. Random quizzes can be troublesome at time.
