This course is extremely easy, whether you have a stats background or not. It teaches the foundations of stats and Excel with problem sets, labs, and a final project (which is basically another lab) to help bolster that information. Homework consists of the biggest chunk of your grade, which you have unlimited attempts for each problem on Gradescope, which is a lifesaver. The midterm was a bit tricker than expected and the final was a breeze, but both count as minimal parts of the final grade. Overall, great and easy class. #tCFspring2021

This class was super easy. Every week, you could literally watch the slideshows and know enough to complete the homework and quizzes. Going to class wasn't effective for me unless it was lab days which was necessary. The first couple weeks of class are straightforward and after the midterm stuff hits the fan. However, it was still pretty manageable. I got into this class with no statistics knowledge so sometimes I went to office hours which were helpful. There's plenty of chances to get your grade up in this class so I ended with a good grade. Professor Helman is quick at responding to emails so I could count on him.
