most importantly: she is a pretty easy grader. You really won't worry about your grade as long as you do the work. She is very nice, but she's clearly disorganized and a little chaotic—which honestly in some ways was a little refreshing. She's VERY laid back and will casually go off topic and start random conversations with the class, but it's not bad since she's not a tough grader. I will say, she WANTS you to participate, and if you don't, she will sit in the awkward silence and wait until someone says something. She clearly knows the language very well even though I don't think she's a native speaker. Overall I would recommend, but my Spanish skills did not improve in this class since it was so disorganized.
