Professor Sprague is a great professor who seems to really care about her students. She is a lenient grader who is willing to work with you if you reach out. The class itself has many tedious assignments that are sometimes time-consuming but they can easily be knocked out. There's a lot of small group work to talk about the homework from the night before so I'd recommend finding a friend if you can to make the class a bit more fun. Overall, very manageable class!

I highly recommend taking Business Spanish with Professor Sprague. Sprague is the kindest teacher you will ever meet, and she truly cares about each of her students. She is also a fairly easy grader. I got consistently high As on the writing and group assignments, and from the classmates that I talked to, it seemed like most everyone else had the same experience.
The class was fairly interesting too. I'm not interested in business, but I thought the material was fairly engaging. My one complaint about this course is that it was a decent amount of work. The projects are time consuming, so be prepared to work hard on those. My #1 advice to anyone taking this course is to SPREAD OUT YOUR GROUP PROJECTS. At the beginning of the semester, you pick the dates that your groups will present, and they're spread out throughout the class. If you put both your country presentation or video project in one week, it will be way too much work, and you'll be very overwhelmed. Definitely spread out your projects adequately and you will be fine in this class!!

If you take this course, definitely take it with Sprague. She is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, and it is clear she really cares about the success of her students. This class is not difficult at all because Sprague is a very fair grader (I have yet to get lower than a 98 on anything I have turned in), but it is definitely a lot of work, so don't expect to be able to be lazy. A lot of assignments are very tedious and you will often have about 4 different assignments to do at the same time. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend it, especially if this is your first upper level SPAN class.

Really easy Spanish course. The content isn't hard and the teacher is easy going. There is a lot of reading and projects, but they aren't hard. Almost all of the projects are group projects, including the final project. There's no final, just a final project due at the end of classes.

This class is fairly easy, but there is a ton of busy work. You have to do a big group project that spans a lot of the semester, so should you choose to take it, make sure you have a good group because you will be sharing a lot of the responsibility with them. There isn't a final, but there are vocab quizzes with a lot of vocabulary that you need to study for.

Sprague is one of the nicest professors I have had. She is super friendly and always willing to help. As long as you do the work with decent effort and on time, you should get an A-. It is a lot of busy work, with a few projects/presentations mixed and if you put more than decent effort into it a flat A is very achievable. Highly recommend!
