This class definitely made me more interested in Spanish! It helped with my grammar a lot when writing the essays. Zimmerman is a fair grader; he is good with feedback, so I seem to improve in every essay! You also watch really fun Spanish movies! I recommend this class to those who are still unsure on whether they want to continue Spanish because this class will make you feel more at ease with Spanish! I'm not a great speaker, but I learned to push myself to improve!

Profesor Zimmerman is amazing! He knows his stuff and makes the class fun and relatively easy as well. Due to the nature of the grading scale, it's very difficult to get a flat A, but getting an A- minus is not too bad at all. The majority of the grading in this class comes from three papers over the course of the semester, two small tests, and a partner presentation. There is no final, as the final research paper replaces that. I would highly recommend Profesor Zimmerman especially and this class in general to anyone with a continuing interest in Spanish

Sr. Zimmerman is amazing, definitely would recommend him. There are short stories you have to read in the book before most classes, most of the stories tend to be interesting but the vocab can be tricky, and you have to write a short response in collab. Two midterms and two papers through the year, with a final research paper due during finals week. No actual final exam which is awesome.
