This is the best Spanish class I have taken in a long time. Erica Cobb is very good at explaining language rules and is very understanding and encouraging. I want to take more classes with her in the future. My SPAN 2020 professor was horrendous, so being in this class was refreshing since I really was learning Spanish. It stuck with me. The workload is a bit heavy (not nearly as much as 2020 though), but a lot of the practice is optional, so you don't have to have too big of a workload if you don't care that much. The pace of the class is kind of fast, but if you go to office hours when you need help, you will be fine.
