Roksa is a good professor because she teaches you what you need to know, and she tests you on what she taught you. She doesn't throw curve balls at you and try to trick you. Her exams are a great test of what you have learned.

I actually enjoyed the course, study the homeworks and problems like the homework in the book. Pay attention in lab so that you will do well in the lab assignments. Go to office hours and she will explain fully anything you have a question on.
not too difficult...straight forward test...NO PAPERS...the professor taught well (along with the TA) and posted very organized and concise notes to reinforce
very easy class if you follow along, and go to lectures, and do the practice test. I only used the book once. Professor Roksa's lecture notes are very easy to understand and study from for tests.
I am writing this review, mainly for Mark Parker my TA. He does a good job teaching us what we didn't pay attention to in lecture, and definitely has a better beard than Brice.
Mark was THE BEST TA. Prof Roksa is fair, clear about her expectations, and if you do the HW problem sets and practice problems in lab, you will do fine on the tests. The tests are timed in class, so you have to know your stuff, but if you've prepared then you will get a good grade.
She speaks really fast and doesn't go over the information thoroughly enough. THere is alot of material in the class and if you miss one class, you will be lost.
I'm a sociology major because I am terrible at math. There isn't a tremendous amount of difficult math. You have to know your stuff for the test or you won't finish in time. The hardest part for me was the work in SPSS. You have to pay attention on how to use it!
