Good if you do the readings, you will really enjoy this class.

I learned really a lot with Prof Jordan. He's very knowleadgeable and his class is really interesting and instructive.
Worth it !

This class will teach you A TON about Latin American history and politics. Prior knowledge about some Latin American history would help, but isn't necessary. You will learn an incredible amount if you just go to class, take good notes, and let Professor Jordan speak to you golden words of wisdom, based on his extensive experience in the field. This guy knows a ton. Take advantage of the chance to get to know him. I didn't do much of the reading - I kinda wish I had - but I ended up doing well in the class. If you're foreign affairs/latin american studies - take this class !
