So hard, but so fun. There are grueling homework assignments virtually every class, but boy does getting them done feel good. Lots of learning to be done about statistical analysis and curve fitting, which is the primary focus of the course. Some time is also spent on approximate solutions to NP-hard problems (such as the traveling salesman problem). If you plan to do anything computational with physics, particularly in nuclear or particle physics, this class is a must take.
