Pfister is a fantastic lecturer. He goes through material slowly, yet thoroughly, and he loves demonstrations (as does the class). Homework was split between Mastering Physics and written work. Mastering is no problem, but the written assignments can be quite tricky... find a group to work with. Exams are straightforward, but Pfister grades really, really harshly, but it's not a problem as a 50% in class is a B-... I don't think Pfister will be teaching E&M again, but I am definitely going to try to take a class with him in the future. Very fun and rewarding review of the fundamentals of E&M.

This is a great class. It's one of the most entertaining physics classes I've taken. I would say that if you aren't at least thinking about majoring in physics you should take a different class, but for physics majors it's great!
