The material is very easy, but because we literally did not cover half the standard curriculum. Prepare to self-study Laplace transforms, Fourier series, and series solutions. Lectures are boring and lack abstraction. Homework is not graded, just quizzes at the *end* of class. The textbook is proprietary. Applications come straight from it and many are not very useful. I recommend taking this class in APMA.

This was quite an easy class. If you excelled in Calc 2/BC, this course will almost be a gut class. Feldo (as he is known to the students) sincerely tries to explain everything clearly, albeit with mixed (but typically positive) results. Homework is optional, but there are graded quizzes every class, which aren't that bad. I never once encountered a proof while in this course.

Professor Foldes is a great instructor. No homeworks just quizzes. He makes sure everyone understands every topic.
