Simone is a great teacher if you have to take 2310. If you take good notes in class, he will explain everything you need to know. Multi-variable is not an easy subject so be prepared to work, but take good notes and don't fall behind and you'll get a good grade.

Calc III is hard. It's very interesting, and it is doable, but I would only take it if you need it for your major. It is relentless in that there is difficult homework every week. I spent more time working on this class than all my others combined. If you really like math, then at least you will enjoy the long hours you put in. If you are taking Calc III, Jon Simone is a great person to teach you. His lectures are straightforward, and he is a great teacher. Many math professors are crazy and all over the place, but Jon is not. I wish I could have him for my future math classes.
