Like any Calc III class, you'll have to learn most of the content on your own. Nonetheless, Evangelos Dimou may be your best bet, since he's well-organized and will provide all the necessary tools for success. He teaches the textbook content in order, posts his worksheets and solutions online, and provides practice problems before midterms and exams. Additionally, instead of just solving random problems on the board each lecture, he provides everyone with a lesson sheet that teaches the valuable concepts and then reinforces them through simple practice problems. Besides that, there will be two weekly online hw assignments and a biweekly written hw. These will take about 30min - 1.5hr each to complete, but you'd probably have to study on your own otherwise, and they help ensure that you understand the content. Furthermore, the exams are straightforward, following similar problems to those done in class and being easier than the practice exam. The one caveat I have is that Mr. Dimou frequently asks the class simple questions as we're working along, like "What's 1+3", and if no one responds he'll abruptly stop and stare at the class like we're all idiots until someone responds. Nonetheless, this remains a fair and reasonable course, and although Mr. Dimou can't magically enlighten you with a calculus ability, he'll provide you with every necessary tool to learn it yourself.
