Zachary Gates is an awesome teacher. He got better and better as the semester progressed and adapted to the needs of his students. He was very fun and understanding but still does not take it easy on you and wants to challenge you. WebAssign is the online homework and while it may be tedious it is very helpful. I would recommend having already taken Calc 1 in high school if you decide to take this course, it moves very quickly.

Professor gates is great. He gives sooo many examples in class and is happy to answer any questions. I went to him a couple of times during office hours, and he was pretty helpful but not as much as his TA was. I would say he is one of the better calculus teachers.
