Not very hard class if you have any calc background and its also curved at the end. I didn't attend class much, but when I did I felt Reed wasn't a very good teacher. Smart, nice guy, but pretty much your stereotypical math-nerd grad student with a hint of awkwardness. One thing I can say about him is that I had way less HW than friends taking this class with other professors (usually only 10-15 problems a week!). Brad Dorner was my TA and I would definitely recommend him! Really hope he teaches a class one day.

Basically, he writes the textbook in chalk during lecture. But the discussions were helpful. And the curve is definitely generous.
