Bryce came across as a sasshole at first, but as the semester went on, I came to realize that he was actually a pretty nice guy. He really knows his stuff and teaches the material really well - I think like everyone except 3 people in our class scored above the 1220 average on the second exam. He's always asking if anyone has questions, makes his office hours known throughout the semester, and even emailed me a couple times about webwork problems I was having trouble with without me asking for help. Especially since I've heard horror stories about other Applied Calc 2 instructors, I would highly recommend Bryce.
