This class really isn't that bad and while Haunchen may be a bit difficult to understand, he's a fairly good teacher. He lectures fairly well and explains anything you would need to know for the exams or webwork and is very helpful in office hours. I went to office hours almost weekly and with his help, did well on the written homeworks and the exams as well. I ended up with an A in this class (massive curve) and am glad I took it. He sets a cushion of 25% homework grade which is also really helpful.

I recommend taking this class however I could barely understand the professor. If I hadn't taken Calculus before I would have been out of luck. Take with a different professor, the class is not difficult, but it is good to be able to understand what they're saying!
