I loved this class, and I think Professor Roy is the best professor to teach it. He has a lot of real life experience he can provide for you, and he also helps create a productive yet flexible schedule for your coursework. While there are very few assignments, the ones he does give are important to your grade so take them seriously! Also, for the final group project, I would reccomend meeting with him at least once, as he gives you very unguided instructions that allow for lots of assumptions to be made. Otherwise, this whole class was very informative (as a civil engineer, I found this class interesting for my field even though I am not a planning/architecture student), and it is very applicable to any construction related major. Highly recommended and honestly an easy A!
