Inclusive Cities made me think about cities differently and empathize with different groups of people in a way I hadn't before. I highly recommend this class to any planning major or anyone interested in planning or social justice. I learned a ton from the guest speakers and activities Prof. Guerra and the different groups had us do. There were few requirements, and though I would recommend that you at least skim the readings in the earlier part of the semester, it was possible to recite and share insights without having read them.

The class was structured as follows:
20% Participation
30% Group presentation where you lead the class discussion and class activity for the whole ~2 hours on your group's topic (age-, gender-, disability-inclusive cities, etc.)
10% Research-based article abstract and outline
30% Research-based article final submission
10% Peer review for research article draft - pretty sure this is graded on completion
