As with most of the classes in the KLPA department, I think this is a wonderful class and a perfect way to break up the day and get some regular exercise. Before this class, I had never really done any weightlifting, so it was nice to learn the basics and get some time in the gym!

Skipper is super friendly, so come prepared to have some fun and joke around while learning to lift weights!
