Great, low-stress course-- you basically follow-along with the professor's coding during the lecture, do a few "try-it yourself" exercises independently or with the people around you in class, and then have a weekly assignment and online quiz to complete before the next week. The quizzes were great for learning because you had unlimited attempts, but you were not shown which questions you were missing. We learned Python, R, and SQL in this course (however I believe it's just Python and R in future semesters). I had some prior programming experience (CS 1110) which definitely helped me, but this is still a good intro course for brand-new programmers-- especially if you're specifically interested in data science.
