This class was definitely very dry and bland, but it was one of the easiest A's I've had this year. Attendance wasn't required, so I was able to miss many lectures and still be on track. Your grade is comprised of participation in discussions, a 3 part NEPA policy project, Non-Domestic Policy analysis, and a final exam. Professor Phillips is kind of boring, but he's very experienced and his real niche is with his Ecological Economic class.
