This class was not great. Professor Von Eschen is very kind and flexible --- you can tell she really cares about her students. That being said, I did not enjoy the class. The format was really loose, which was helpful for making it low stakes, but frustrating because there was never anything going on. Every class was essentially just discussion alternating between about 15 minutes of Professor Von Eschen going on a tangent, then 2 minutes of a student talking (and that repeated for 2 and a half hours). I would definitely recommend taking a different workshop. It was fine to fulfill the requirement, but I didn't learn much and dreaded class every week. #tCFfall22
