Great class. Arsalan is a great teacher that cares about his students and genuinely wants them to do well. There are two exams (Midterm and Final) for the whole course, both open note, and the final was only 15 questions. Anyone who is mildly interested in construction or the real estate minor should take this class. Only 6 assignments all year, each due roughly once every two weeks and incredibly easy. I couldn't recommend this class more.
