Lily is truly the greatest TA I have ever had, and I have 3 TAs this semester alone. She knows how to lead a discussion while also not letting it trail off. I walk away with pages of notes from her discussions alone. She’s also extremely approachable to talk to after class and will even walk with you to her bus stop if you want to keep talking. Her intelligence and skill as a TA is surpassed ONLY by her wit, as she will spin tales of Ancient Greece at nearly to the level of meshed together seriousness and humor as the great Professor Lendon himself. Altogether, you would be LUCKY to get a TA as helpful, open, and enjoyable as Lily van Diepen, and would consider any class where she is the TA as a class that MUST be taken.

I would rather die than take this course again.
