Andy is such a gem! For the class, you have weekly discussion posts, a short case study, the paper proposal, and then the final paper. It is a seminar, so you discuss what you read and wrote about in preparation for the class, but he really likes when you connect your experiences to the readings or brings in experiences from other classes.
