ENGL 2500

This class is awesome! Not sure why Professor Tucker Kuman is not an option, so I've selected "Faculty Staff." He was fantastic; he was extremely intelligent and very kind, he stimulated discussion really well, and he was able to give great feedback on assignments. Probably the best professor I've had in my first two semesters at UVA. He was also quite lenient because he extended the due dates for both essays and made other adjustments (due to COVID). It was often very interesting to read and ponder the critical theory texts (even those that seemed radical). And the core texts we read (Medea, Northanger Abbey, Passing, Night Sky With Exit Wounds) were quite enjoyable. The course itself was challenging, but rewarding. Great choice to satisfy second writing requirement! #tCF2020
