Oh boy ok straight up take this class with Lovelace. This class is unexpectedly so much work and you don't get to pick your groups, and the work feels confusing and pointless and you're like genuinely wtf are we doing. Zhao is a very serious person and this class sorta feel like content just getting perpetually tossed at you without having any time to digest it. And it's all theories and definitions and stuff and idk it just doesn't feel like leadership in the real world. There's 2 midterms (you get 1 sided note sheet) and a couple big group projects, and quizzes on video modules (which are like lectures for home its annoying) , pre class homeworks, and participation of course. I'm not gonna lie going to this class everyday felt brutal and I would highly encourage you to not take it till spring cuz then I think Lovelace teaches it and I heard good things about him
