Why does Sibylle have to be so nice?.... This class is jokingly bad. Sibylle lectured 3 times (not an exaggeration) throughout the semester while she focused on research. Class is often canceled and the other times, you present mini projects. The final grade is an intro essay on CHO, fat, PRO / presentations, and a final project paper and presentation. There are a ton of guest lectures in this class. Sibylle is exceptionally smart, so it is a shame to see this class go wasted.
