This class is difficult and time consuming if you want it to be. The point of the class is to emphasize old design behaviors and to encourage your use of documentation. The class occasionally gets bogged down in documentation and your project falls to the wayside. It is difficult to manage the balance between the two. All in all, I love talking about design philosophy, so I liked it, but other students who were in TLP because they liked to work on projects were turned off by the administrative nature of this class.
