The class consists of watching spy-related films/shows from different countries and writing short responses to them. We also had to read a novel the first week of class but then we never had readings again. If you put in the work (hello 2x speed!) and write a 100 word response to each film (some are very boring but some are decent), your grade will be fine. There's a 5 page final paper (not bad), and one 2-3 page assignment in the middle of the semester. Professor Sunya is a lenient grader (If you submit work for the assignments, you have nothing to worry about), offers extra credit, and is super nice and accommodating. Even though the class was a bit of work, I never had to worry about my grade. If you're looking for an easy-enough (though time consuming sometimes) class to fulfill that second writing requirement, this is a pretty good one!
