This is a french literature class, it is discussion based where your homework will usually be to read and all of class time will be spent discussing what you read. Gary is nice and I always felt that if I didn't understand the reading before class I usually understood it by the end of class, to do well on the tests you need to pay attention in class and take good notes but he grades pretty easily on the test. I would say he grades a little harsher on the essays but overall it's not difficult to do well.
