This was an incredible French course. The material was interesting and fun to cover, and Professor Cordova was the kindest and most empathetic instructor that I have had thus far. Outside of class time, students were expected to complete VHL practice activities, written assignments, and oral assignments which were a part of the overall ePortfolio for the class. There were unit quizzes (take-home) and tests (in-class), and a final speaking test before the final exam. The workload was extremely manageable, and Professor Cordova was very sensitive to external conflicts when they arose. Professor Cordova really made this course both extremely enjoyable and extremely useful. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible this class and Prof. Cordova were over the course of the semester. #tCFfall22
