Jen is great at explaining the tricky parts of French in English (and then in French, for good measure.) I had a much better academic performance with her than with a professor from France -- not that I am saying the French one was bad: he was great at helping me improve my pronunciation -- but I think it's equally important to know the structure of French as you speak it, as to speak it as correctly as possible. Anyway, Jen gives brief homework assignments during the week, and then a big chunk that you have all weekend to work on, which I did not mind that at all. I highly recommend her.
