Class is half student-taught with weekly presentations on the reading. There are tons of readings but not entirely necessary to read them in order to participate in class discussion. A lot of the topics overlap with other EVSC classes and students come from a variety of disciplines so its very accessible to students interested in food/water security but not necessarily the technical/scientific aspect of the issue. #tcf2016
