He's not in the drop-down list, but I took language death and revitalization with Nathan Wendte and he was awesome. I personally find the topic very interesting to begin with, and Wendte is a great lecturer. Class was typically a mix of lecturing and discussions with Wendte asking specific questions to carry the discussion in the direction he had planned. Readings were longer some weeks than others, but nothing too difficult. Grades were composed of a short answer midterm, participation, and a semester-long project of a portfolio of weekly assignments and an 8-10 page paper.
