If I'm being honest, I don't really see why this course is a course nursing students have to take. You're not really learning anything even though in a way the course is supposed to teach about cancer. Doctor Kastello is lovely sometimes, but she tends to nitpick your writing and seminar presentation so even if you feel like everything was done correctly, you can't fully get a 100. Her instructions were confusing but you can ask her to clarify if you're unsure.

Read a lot of scholarly articles and we practiced a lot of APA citations. Overall a great course but I did need to put work and effort in the weekly homework. Cells to Society also talked a lot of health care issues that I did not know even exist, specifically the pharmaceutical business and certain social determinants can affect one's health. Sending this class with praise
