I was dreading ENWR 1510, but Hankins really made this 8am class enjoyable. Although the writing portion is difficult and time-consuming, he is a fair grader. This is probably the best ENWR 1510 course offered at UVa. I highly recommend it!

Fun class. Even if you've exempted out of UVa's first writing requirement, I'd still recommend that you take it. Gabe chooses great topics and is an effective lecturer.
