Glassie is the worst teacher I've ever had in all of my years in schooling. She seems nice initially, and she offers a lot of chances to go to her office hours. However, the advice she gives is essentially useless. I would fix everything she suggested, yet she'd go back and severely critique it as if it was her first time reading it.I did better on a paper I wrote on my own than on a paper that I went to her office hours for. The class itself should have been manageable, but grading is based on so few things, and she is the most anal grader ever. There are no real justifications for her grading. She almost never told us how we did on any assignment other than our papers, so we never had any idea on how we were doing in the class till the grades came out on SIS. Overall, she's the worst grader with no leniency, and her efforts to make office hours available are useless. ENWR 1510 is a class where your grade is determined solely by your teacher. DO NOT TAKE GLASSIE. She will kill your GPA and your morale.
