Aside from just being really annoying, she made the class way harder than it needed to be. She required that our papers be significantly longer compared to those other ENWR professors assigned, and they were never graded fairly in my opinion. There was homework almost every class. This class was such a disappointment, especially since the topic was so interesting and relevant this semester (it was called Writing the Borderlands and focused on experiences of those who are "on the border" of certain bits of their identity--we talked about nationality, race, gender). Just don't take her.

she is the most frustrating, annoying teacher. your essays will never be good enough. she doesn't even know proper writing, she just makes up rules.
