If you're looking for an easy A, this course is not that easy. Dean Leonard sees right through everyone's bullshit and is very critical of your writing. You actually do have to try and think to get an A in this class. That being said, you're competing against people who BS every reading, so if you're one to actually do work and have creative analysis, this class is a pretty decent guaranteed A for you. She's the type to prefer "quality" over "quantity" so you could speak once a class, say something incredible, and get good discussion grades.

The course was about managing diversity in the workplace. I would NOT recommend it. She grades pretty hard, especially on participation. No one really likes the class at all. You will probably get a B or B+, but an A is very unlikely.
