Professor Mick is so cool and such a wise person. He really wants every student to learn how be more mindful and utilize wisdom in their every day lives. The workload really isn't that hard and the weekly writings take maybe 30-45 minutes to complete. Super easy discussions and very easy to follow along, even if you kust skimmed the readings for the week.

GREAT CLASS! Don't let the size of the syllabus scare you out of taking this class. The weekly readings never took me more than an hour to complete (especially if you watch the videos on double speed). The weekly exercising also don't take very long, maybe 30 minutes max. Professor Mick is a very kind and understanding guy who is able to lead interesting discussion . The trip to Yogaville is really the whole reason I took this class, but I got so much more out of it than that. Its a great way to finish off your fourth year!
