This class wasn't anything exceptional. If you like Shakespeare, and I mean really enjoy his work, then this class is worth the two hours and thirty minutes that you sit in it each week. If not, it is quite boring. Professor Kinney is incredibly, incredibly knowledgable in his field concerning literature of the renaissance, so he can go on and on and on about things that don't necessarily pertain to the subject at hand. The first paper was a breeze, but the second paper, at 10-12 pages, was quite difficult. The course is not too strenuous, but can be quite boring. I would recommend this to someone who actually cares about Shakespeare, as you read a new play every week.
