Professor Trawalter is extremely nice and engaging. She has one various research projects in the field of social psychology and leadership and her experiences are very relevant to the course. The content of this class is very interesting and applicable to lots of situations outside of the course as well. Three small papers exploring a policy topic and the biases that exist, two exams based on readings and lectures, and an end of the year project where you work with a team to develop a persuasive video. Work is challenging but not impossible as long as you keep up with the readings! #tcf2016
