Sra. Gates was a great professor and was very fair when it came to grading. She did a good job at making sure everyone participated while not being too pushy, and definitely facilitated a good classroom environment. She was definitely a lot better than any of the other professors I've had in the Spanish department!

Loved this class! I really like the idea of less busy work in spanish/more working on your grammar, comprehension of texts, and writing skills. Sra. Gates is very kind (she let me reschedule my test when I had multiple midterms on one day). Overall, this is a great class!

Stephanie Gates is a God-send. Very kind/fair with grading. Homework isn't bad at all, and the class structure allows for a fair balance between participation/tests/essays. Take SPAN 3010 with her if you have the chance, you won't regret it.
