SPAN 2020

I would HIGHLY recommend taking this course with Professor Badang! He is super nice and truly cares about you beyond being a student. He gives helpful tips to do well on the exams and is available almost every day for office hours. It can be difficult to get an A in the class because you need at least a 95.5, but that's with all Spanish classes (at least up to 2020) at UVA. There's a lot of busy work (esp HW), but all 2020 classes do the same stuff, so that's not Professor Badang's fault and it's definitely manageable. In high school, Spanish was my worst subject and I genuinely dreaded taking it in college, but Professor Badang has completely changed my experience for the better and now I'm taking more Spanish classes just for fun. Genuinely cannot overstate how great he is!
